SADIK YILDIZ Mr. Sadik Yildiz is the founder of Zenits Associates. He established the company in the first quarter of 2004 together with one British, one American and two other Turkish partners. The British partner X-Links LLC is a Manchester based International Trading Company. The American partner International Phoenix LLC is a Virginia based Consulting and Trading Company. The other two Turkish partners are general managers in two companies. The first is a GM in a GYPSUM DRYWALL board manufacturing firm and the second is a GM in an Industrial Plastic Pipe manufacturing firm. X-Links LLC, the U. K. based partner divested its shares as of September 01, 2005 and is no longer a shareholder of Zenits Associates. Mr. Yildiz graduated from the University of Istanbul Department of English Literature in 1993. Subsequently he was in Tashkent, Uzbekistan for 3 years working for a trading company, which imported and distributed Textiles, Foodstuffs, and Construction Materials. In 1997 he resided in Seoul, South Korea for 1 year where he worked as the Korean Bureau Chief for a major Turkish newspaper. From 1998 on he lived and worked in Singapore for 3 years as the Asian Bureau Chief for the same Turkish newspaper. He established a Foreign Trade Company in Singapore and as GM he was involved in establishing trading ties with Chinese companies in heating and refrigeration supplies and equipment. Prior to establishing Zenits he worked in Istanbul for a major Turkish manufacturer and distributor of educational equipment, furniture and supplies. He started the Foreign Trade Division of the company, which increased from 1 to 36 employees in 3 years.
