Zenits Associates is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Turkey in Istanbul as a foreign investment company to undertake trade, procurement and consulting activities worldwide and especially in the geographical regions of the Middle East and Central Asia. Zenits engages in three principal business activities. These are:

1. International worldwide procurement funded by bilateral and multilateral financing organizations such as the EU, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United States Agency for International Development and others.

2. Foreign trade in a diversified portfolio of products and services originating in Turkey, Europe, Middle and Far East.

3. International economic development project design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation.

The ownership structure of the company is divided between foreign and local Turkish investors. Other than Garner International as the Turkish partner group, International Phoenix LLC registered in Virginia, USA, an investment, project finance and managemnt consultancy firm are shareholders in Zenits Associates.

The shareholders of Zenits Associates have a combined trading and consulting experience of over forty years in international procurement and trade, economic development and international management consulting.
