Mission: Zenits Consulting Division (ZCD) is primarily interested in the economic, financial, trade and investment development of Turkey in the European Regional context. ZCD strives to make significant, sustainable and lasting improvements in the performance of all their clients, with delivery of technical services of the highest professional standards.

In the public sector the division focuses on public sector reform, civil service modernization, anti-corruption policies and measures, privatization of public sector companies, restructuring of government entities for improved goods and service delivery accompanied with cost reduction. ZCD also focuses on issues of public policy, institution building, structural adjustment, macroeconomic, sector and commodity studies.

In the private sector, ZCD provides a wide range of services including pre-investment feasibility studies, business plans, marketing, advertising and public relations strategies and implementation planning. We provide technical assistance to foreign companies who wish to invest in Turkey and/or trade with Turkish companies.
