Zenits Associates was formed in 2004 to address the increasing procurement needs of international projects in the Middle East and other regions of the world. The company participated in a large number of tenders as a prime and subcontractor with European and American companies.

Zenits Consulting was organized in 2005 to address the growing needs of economic development and management consulting services in the region in general and in Turkey in particular. As Turkey gets ready to participate in the EU as a full member she will need qualified and experienced consulting firms and experts in a wide range of activities in projects funded by the EU, World Bank and other bilateral and multilateral donor agencies.

In addition, as the competitive environment in Turkey changes small, medium as well as large companies will need increasingly sophisticated management consulting services to improve the production and marketing of their goods and services. Zenits Consulting has been organized to address these needs through a core staff of highly knowledgeable and experienced individuals and databases of qualified consultants associated with the company on a project basis.
