Technical Assistance and Procurement, RISE Project, Iraq RISE, Revitalization of Iraqi Schools and Stabilization of Education, is a 64 Million dollar USAID funded project, which aimed at the rehabilitation and reform of the educational sector in the country. Our partners managed the procurement, logistics, distribution and installation of 21 million dollars worth of educational supplies and furniture including 150,000 student desks, 1.5 million student kits, 58,500 Teacher chairs, 25,000 Teacher desks, 25,000 Steel cabinets, 58,500 Teacher Kits and 61,500 Green Chalkboards to 3900 secondary and intermediate schools across the whole country.

Regulatory and Trade Policy for a project funded by the Japanese Government through the ADB. The Improving Nutrition for Poor Mothers and Children (JFPR) Project involved the attendance of an international nutrition conference in Kazakhstan and follow up trips to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Mongolia to determine the current status and recommend changes in legislation, regulatory framework, trade barriers and customs procedures in iodized salt and fortified flour.

Our partners evaluated the first five- year United Nations Development Program/UNDESA Country Development Program 1997-2001 in Guinea. Five days of data gathering and analysis was followed by five days of field trips covering 3000 kilometers and twenty days of report preparation and presentation to the Government in June-July 2001.

Prepared and delivered a presentation on agricultural intra-trade among the sixteen countries of ECOWAS and infrastructure constraints in the transport of agricultural commodities for Booz, Alien and Hamilton in March 2001.
